  Embrace                your body, appreciate how your body has and continues to serve you. When you begin to look at parts of your body negatively, reframe your self talk. Think you have thunder or thick thighs, "these thighs have done amazing things hiked, biked, walked the kids to school or the bus", thank you legs.  I just don't like the way my upper arms look, "my arms have helped me carry my children, hug my loved ones, cook dinner", thank you arms.  It may sound silly and it does take practice but think of it this way if a friend or loved one said these negative things about their body would you jump on the train with them and say "you do have thunder thighs."  I don't think so!
