Finding balance...          It has been a hot minute since I have posted anything new but one morning I was working on my message for that day's yoga class and I read a short paragraph about love life balance.  I found it inspiring and thought provoking and needed to make that my message for that days practice.  It is a very short read and you may want to read it a second time a little slower and really absorb the message.          We are often being told to find work life balance and many companies are trying to focus on helping their team members find that balance. Statistics show within the first week 75% of resolvers have maintained, that number drops to 64% after the first month, after 6 months that number drops to 46%, why?  I know there is a long list of reasons and some of them even include you feeling like a failure.  Well your not a failure and it's not that you can't do it, you may just be approaching it the wrong way or making it more difficult to be successful.
