Be true to yourself...     Today's post is not about exercise but it is about our mental and emotional health which is just as important.       I came across this quote, pictured, a few days ago and felt the need to share.  Recently I have been hearing individuals either discussing another person or seeing posts on Social media about individuals speaking badly of another.  If there is someone in your life for which you feel the need to behave differently than who you really are, it is time to let that person go.  As the saying goes 'Let go of the things that no longer serve you', this includes the people you let into your life.  At some point in our lives we have all had someone or something that does not serve us and may actually cause stress or anxious feelings.  There is no need for that in anyone's life and you need to let them go.  It is difficult and may even be painful but that will pass and in the end may be better...
