  You do you...       I don't know if you have noticed but that phrase gets used a lot and it is true.  You should always be true to yourself and not transform to suit others.  This phrase is also true when it comes to your fitness routine.  What works for one person may not be right for you, for a variety of reasons.          First everyone's body and fitness goals are unique and will go through different stages throughout their lifetime.      Second your routine needs to fit your lifestyle, preferences, and physical ability. If you choose something you really do not enjoy you are not going to do it, if it is too hard you will be discouraged or if it does not fit your schedule you will give up or it will feel more like a chore.
